Learning outcomes for the chapter: In the end of the section the trainee: • recognizes an electric car from external and internal signs. • knows purpose if most important electric car components and points out their location on a model. • chooses the most suitable deactivation method for high voltage electric car deactivation after an incident with it.

Learning outcomes for this chapter: In the end of the section the trainee: • understands what is hazardous substances transportation on the road; • does the simulation of spreading hazardous substances after car accident (in chosen simulation programme); • knows the procedure of firefighters intervention after an accident involving the truck with hazardous substances; • can make a decision on what kind of decontamination is needed for certain hazardous substance, consequence elimination in environment, first aid providing in certain cases, stop leakage from truck.
